Age 81 of Clarksville passed away Friday, July 24, 2020 Viewing Friday, July 31, 2020 11:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. Funeral service 12:00p. m. at Foston Memorial Chapel. I nterment Kentucky Veterans Cemetery- West. William Frank, son to Robert Looper and Nina Dean Looper, began his earthly journey on May 4, 1939 in Greenville, SC. His parents preceded him in death . He leaves to cherish 55 years of precious memories his devoted wife, Elease Bennett Looper, Clarksville, TN; sons: Curtis Ray (Faye) Looper, Mt. Juliet, TN, Kenneth Eric Looper, Clarksville, TN; daughters: Lonita Deniese (Brian) Coardes, Oak Grove, KY and Chaunsel Irby, Greenville, SC; sister, Mary Ann Williams, Greenville, SC; 6 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
