Clarksville – Age 77 of Clarksville, passed away Monday, October 30, 2017. Visitation Friday, November 3, 2017 12:00 noon-7:00 p.m. with the family present 5:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m. at Foston Funeral Home. Funeral service 1:00 p.m. Saturday, November 4, 2017 at Foston Memorial Chapel. Burial Mt. Zion Church Cemetery, Spring Creek. He was born May 19, 1940 in Montgomery County, TN to Dennis Meriwether and Emma Thomas Meriwether. He is preceded in death by his wife Shirley E. Johnson Meriwether and siblings, Girlee Dix, Frank Meriwether, Walter Meriwether and Robert Meriwether. He leaves to cherish his memories daughters, Dorothy (Robert Talley) Hoosier, Juanita Meriwether, Melissa Meriwether and Karen Meriwether; sons, Henry "Tee" (Caryn) Meriwether, Jr, Tyrone Meriwether and Charles Meriwether; sister, Mary E. (Marvin) Patterson; brothers, William T. "Bill" Meriwether, James W. "Chuck" Meriwether, Oscar (Loretta) Meriwether and Porter (LaSandra) Meriwether and special brothers, Roy Gold and Charlie Outlaw and 24 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
