Torre Deon Bingley, began his earthly journey on Saturday, May 29, 1976 to the delight of his parents, Clarence Bingley and Catherine DeLois (Lois) Rives in Fort Bragg, North Carolina. His parents and grandparents: Robert and Carrie Rives and Thomas, Sr., and Alice Bingley preceded him in death.
He professed a hope in Christ at an early age and was a faithful member of New Hope Missionary Baptist Church.
Torre received his education in the North Carolina Public School System and he was a 1994 graduate of Seventy First Senior High School. He enjoyed employment with the Trane Company as an assembly line worker.
Torre loved spending time with his family and friends. He was an avid “gamer” who enjoyed football, laughing, cracking jokes, giving others “nicknames” and spending time alone for reflection. All who knew and loved him will sorely miss his presence and smiling face.
On Saturday, March 1, 2025, Torre went home to be with the Lord.
He leaves to cherish precious memories his aunts: Elizabeth (Kenneth) Herring, Nadine (Richard) Waldburg, Dottie (Bill) MaRae and Emma Rives; uncles: Thomas Bingley, Jr., and Howard (Barbara) Rives; great-aunt, Shirley Norfleet; great-uncle, Carl (Brenda) Ligon and a host of other relatives and friends.
