Rev. Frank Woodard (May 11, 1928 - April 23, 2016) Rev. Frank Woodard age 87 of Clarksville passed away Saturday, April 23, 2016. Visitation will be Thursday, April 28, 2016 from Noon to 7 p.m. with family present 5 to 7 p.m. at Foston Funeral Home. Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Friday, April 29 at Mt. Pisgah Missionary Baptist Church. Burial at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery - West, Hopkinsville KY. Rev. Woodard was born May 11, 1928 to the late H. Jack Woodard and Eugenia Hobbs in Thomaston, GA. He is preceded in death by his wife Delsia M. Coleman Woodard. He leaves to cherish his loving memory daughters Lillie M. (Thomas) Darrell and Victoria D. Duhart both of Clarksville, grandchildren Darrius Mallory, Denzel Duhart and Demarcus Ross and a host of family and friends.
