80 of Clarksville, passed away Wednesday, June 30, 2021. Family hour Monday, July 12, 2021 10:00 a.m.-11:00 a.m. with the funeral service to follow at 11;00 a.m. at Foston Funeral Home. Interment Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West.

Opal Moffett Collins was born February 1, 1941, the eldest child of Lizzie Mae Moffett and Scott H. Moffett of Pensacola, FL. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Henderson Collins III and brother Ronald Moffett.
Opal leaves so many precious memories with friends and family. She is survived by son Patrick(Allean) Collins, Nashville, TN; siblings Col. John Moffett, Ret., Odeton, MD, Rev Scott Moffett, Tallahassee , FL, Rita Palmer, Voncile Goldsmith, Alvin Moffett and Brother In-Law Robert (Dorthy) Collins all of Pensacola, Fl and a host of nieces and nephews.
