Martha Clardy Jordan

Martha Clardy Jordan passed on April 10, 2021 at Tristar Skyline Medical Center after two weeks  hospitalization.

She was born to Frank Clardy and Helen Blair Clardy, in Clarksville Tennessee, March 27, 1949. She was 72 years old. She is survived by her loving son, Clinton (LaRisha) Clardy, Clarksville Tennessee,  a devoted sister, Carol Clardy Stevens,   two grandchildren, Clintavius Clardy and LaShanta Clardy, three great-grandchildren, all of Clarksville Tennessee, and a number of nieces,  nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.  Both parents and Sister Anne Wynder, preceded her in death.

She accepted Christ at 11 years old, and remained a faithful member of Boiling Spring Baptist Church until her health began to decline. She was a 1967 graduate of the historic Burt High School. She worked as a Personal Assistant at Nia Association until her retirement.

Martha's memorial service will be held at Foston Memorial Chapel, Thursday, April 15 with visitation from 4 pm until the service at 5 pm. A private Family internment will be held later.
