She was born December 19, 1968 in Toledo, OH to Floyd Perrin, Jr and Peggie Williams Perrin. She was of Family of Faith Worship Center, where she was the First Lady, Women Department Director, Christian Education President and Sunday School Superintendent. Survived by her husband, Bishop Anthony Leon Alfred, Sr; daughters, Dorothie LaToria Rene' Pulliam, Brittany Le'Nae and Briana Shantel Alfred; sons, Cedric Dion Laster, Jr, and Anthony Leon Alfred, Jr; mother, Peggie Perrin; father, Floyd (Deborah) Perrin, Jr; grandmother, Wilhelmina Garland; sisters, Nicole (Brain) Hill and Princess (Terrence) Lawson; brother, Floyd Perrin, III;aunts, Robin Wright, Alberta Williams and Alicia Moore; uncles, Verbie Garland, James (Cheryl) Heard, Duane Garland and Albert (Tammy) Williams; neices, Nikia Buckingham, Symari Pearson and Sanaii Pearson;nephews, Tyrece Perrin and Terrence("T.J") Lawson, Jr and a host of other family and friends.
