Age 80 of Clarksville passed away Wednesday, February 11, 2020. Visitation Wednesday, February 19, 2020 12:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m. with the family present 5:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m. at Foston Funeral Home. Funeral service 11:00 a.m. Thursday, February 20, 2020 at St. John Missionary Baptist Church. Interment Kentucky Veterans Cemetery- West, Hopkinsville, KY.

He was born August 14, 1939 in Wayne County, NC to Lue Vennia Smith. He is preceded in death by his mother. He leaves to cherish his loving memories devoted wife, Arginell "Nell" Anderson, Clarksville, TN; daughters, Crystal Brooks, Clarksville, TN, Tina Puczylowski, Hopewell, NC, LaVergne Jenkins, Clarksville, TN and Alveda J. (James) Williams, Pearland, TX; sons, Jerry (Cathy) Anderson, Glendale, CA, Eddie McLean, Fayettville, NC, Anderson "PeeWee" Jenninds, Clarksville, TN, James Jennings, Superior, CO, Micheal Richards, Clarksville, TN, James W. Finnell, Jr, Robert (Monica) Finnell, II and Marvin Whitfield all of Norfolk, VA; sister, Betty Sanders and Ruth Reid; brothers, Lanier Sanders and Rufus Reid all of Virginia Beach, VA and 13 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren and a host of family and friends.
