DaTavious Williams

DaTavious DeShawn Williams was the first-born son of Timothy Kendrick and Tabitha Williams on April 22, 1988 in Clarksville, TN. He was later adopted by Gloria Williams and Derrick Tittington. He was preceded in death by his birth mother, Tabitha Williams; maternal grandparents: Rumey Frank Williams and Ora Mae Elizabeth Williams; uncle, Timothy Williams and cousin, Dashawn Kelly.

He accepted Christ at an early age at St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church.

DaTavious was educated in the Clarksville-Montgomery County School System and attended Clarksville High School. DaTavious was employed at Grace Health Care and Golden Corral for many years.

He was always smiling and full of laughter. His smile would light up the whole room. He adored making people laugh and giggle. DaTavious had an admiration for music and enjoyed rapping. He loved eating homemade cake and the SpongeBob character. He was a devoted father who loved spending time with his children, family, and friends.

On Wednesday, December 6, 2023, DaTavious departed this life to be with the Lord.

He leaves to cherish precious memories his loving children: DeMontay (Kandice Wallace) Wallace-Williams, Drake (Paige Goodlet)  Williams and Keegan Russell; biological father, Timothy Kendrick; adopted parents: Gloria Williams and Derrick Tittington; brothers: DeNari (Sonya) Williams, De’Marcus (Ashley) Williams, Ron (Angela) Trotter; sister, Le’Tia  (Donte’) Morten; paternal grandparents: John (Francis) Kendrick; aunts: Cassandra Williams, Anita K. Kendrick and Kim Kendrick; loving companion, Markisha Mallory and a host of family and friends.
