Charles H. Scott

[gallery ids="1897"] Charles Henry Scott known to family and friends as “Screwball” a native Clarksvillian was born on August 12, 1960.  He was the youngest of five children born to the late Lena Scott and Louis Bosley.  He passed from this life on Thursday, June 29, 2017.  Charles accepted Jesus Christ at an early age and was baptized at New Hope Baptist Church (Rossview) in Clarksville, Tennessee under the leadership of the late Rev. C.P. Long, Sr. Funeral service 3:00 pm Saturday , July 8, 2017 at New Hope Missionary Baptist Church. He received his education in the Clarksville Montgomery County Public School system.  Charles worked various jobs over the years which included the Clarksville Housing Authority. Charles was preceded in death by his parents and brother, William I. Scott.  He leaves to cherish his precious memories his wife Jacqueline Scott, sons – Christopher (Melissa) Scott and Lamont Scott and daughter Danielle Scott all of Clarksville, TN; grandchildren Ayonna, Donvann, and Alayshia;  sisters – Nettie Johnson and Sandra Johnson, Clarksville, TN and Carolyn Scott, Springfield,  TN; nephews – Tyress (Cynthia) Johnson and Patrick Johnson, Clarksville, TN and Recus (Adia) Johnson, Hopkinsville, KY; nieces – Michelle Conyers, Clarksville, TN and LaShannon Sanders, McDonough, GA; a host of other relatives and friends whom he loved.
