Arthur L. O'Neal

Arthur L. O’Neal, Jr., was born October 2, 1950 in Fort Campbell, KY to M.B. Roach and Arthur L. O’Neal, Sr. Arthur is preceded in death by his parents and son Michael D. O’Neal. Arthur “Sugar” O’Neal, Jr., received his education in the Montgomery County School System. He was employed by Averitt Lumber Company for many years until closing. He retired from Letica of Tennessee after five years of service. In his spare time he enjoyed fishing, watching TV and spending time with family. “Sugar” leaves to cherish in his memory his wife, Ida Mar O’Neal, Guthrie, KY; son, Michael Williams, Tampa, FL; daughters: Catherine D. O’Neal and Deborah O’Neal, both of Clarksville, TN; brothers: Larry (Pearlie) O’Neal, Flint MI and Michael “Butch” O’Neal,  Clarksville, TN; sister, Sonja O’Neal, Clarksville; 7 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, lifelong friend, Shelia Stewart and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
